did you know

Lois was born with a hole in her heart and had to have open heart surgery at the age of 2.

Lois travels the country to visit young girls who play football with all boys. She brings her helmet to each game letting them know that while they may be the only girl on the team, they are not alone.

While attending high school, Lois was told she couldn’t play football. Years later, she came back to that same school and coached the boys football team, helping them win their first undefeated season in almost 50 years.
