SUPER BOWL CHAMPION
Ravin is a former National Football League Linebacker who played for the Washington Redskins from 1987 to 1992, playing on the teams that won the Super Bowl following the 1987 and 1991 seasons. Ravin played his college football at the University of Arkansas and was drafted in the fifth round of the 1986 NFL Draft because of his amazing play as a college sophomore and junior. Upon Ravin's arrival into the Redskins organization he made an immediate impact on special teams and defense in his second season. Ravin became a household name after making a head-first tackle on special teams without the assistance of wearing a helmet; Ravin made the tackle while also knocking himself out. After this amazing tackle, opposing teams and Ravin's teammates alike kept a watchful eye on him as you would have to be a little crazy to make a tackle at full speed with no helmet. Ravin is married to DeAnna Parson Caldwell and currently is the Vice President of NFL Legend Experiences for former teammate, Gary Clark, at Gary Clark Incorporated.
